The following local accommodations in Blue Hill are within a couple of miles of the CHA Center. The Blue Hill Inn and Captain Merrill Inn are right in town and you can walk to the CHA Center from those inns. The sidewalk situation is a little sketchy in places but the roads aren't super busy so it can be a fine walk.
